If you don’t know how to create a group in gmail using create multiple contacts option then you must follow these steps:-
1. First log in to your Google contacts.
2. Then click on Create Contacts which is located on the left side of the menu.
3. Now from the list of options, select Create Mutiple Contacts.
4. Then you have to click on No Label.
5. Now name the group and add the names of the people that you want to add.
6. Then finally click on the Create button.
